Here’s an update on what you need to know:

If shipments are received prior to 3 days before the conference, costs will be incurred of $25 Per Box/Package Per Day & $500 Per Pallet Per Day.

- We will be trying a new exhibit hall schedule. There will be a dedicated Trade Show on Wednesday, November 20, from noon to 4:00pm followed by our Meet & Greet Event which will end at 6:00pm. Exhibits will reopen on Thursday from 8:00am to noon. During our Wednesday Trade Show and Meet & Greet, we will be having our Water Taste Test Competition, Backflow Tester Competition, and 10-minute demonstration sessions. If you are interested in participating in demonstration sessions, please let us know. We will also have some games attendees can play to win prizes. If you would like to participate in our prize giveaways, whether at your booth or during one of our games, please let us know as well.
- Golf Tournament – there are still slots open to participate in the tournament. More information can be found at https://www.hrwa.net/2024-golf-tournament.html.
