Course Description
HRWA Source Water Protection Specialist, Dan Chang, will provide a 4-hour training on Chlorine Analyses for Drinking Water. Topics include: Requirements for chlorine residual testing, mechanism for chlorine residual testing, conducting chlorine residual testing using DPD colorimetric and KI/Sulfamic Acid Titration test kits, and standards/calibration. Chlorine proficiency testing will be conducted at the conclusion of the training class. Participants should bring their DPD colorimetric test kits to the training. *HRWA will have test kits available for those who do not have a kit*
